CheapLimo New York Limousines

Review: I called to reserve a limo on August [redacted] for my brother's birthday. An hour after reserving the limo my mother said that she would like to book a bigger limo for the following weekend because family was coming to visit and she thought it would be a great idea to include them. I asked the CheapLimo rep "[redacted]" (the name he provided) to refund my reserve fee ($50) because my mother wanted to speak them directly as she was interested in amenities etc. He said that he would credit the money to my account several time both verbally and via text message. Then after 2 minutes he decided he no longer wanted my mother's business and exclaimed he would "credit money" but to we needed to "find a firm in the bronx" that would service us. I said ok. I called the CheapLimo company several times over the course of the month and for the first couple of weeks rep ([redacted]) said that he return the money but he also dodged my calls. He only answered when I called from a phone he didn't recognize. Now he does not answer at all. I spoke to [redacted], the person [redacted] referred to as the supervisor. When I spoke to him Thursday he said it was nothing he could do until Tuesday as it was a Holiday weekend. When I spoke to him on Wednesday he said there was nothing he could do about my refund and that he had no control over refund but that in fact [redacted] was the one I needed to call. When I asked for [redacted] or [redacted]'s full name he hung up in my face. Afterwards I attempted to call [redacted] again and was met with the same result. I even went as far as to report the fraudulent charges to my bank. The bank reported to me that CheapLimo stated that I didn't receive my refund because I never called back for it. This of course is false. It seems as if [redacted] is going out of his way deny me my refund because he believes I am young and that eventually I will get tired of "bothering" him. But that is not the case. I have text messages and call logs coupled with the bank report that prove that CheapLimo failed to honor their refund agreement. Yet I do feel as if my hands are tied.Desired Settlement: I would like CheapLimo to return my $50 so that I may have the bank reverse the subsequent overdraft fees due to all of their lying.
