I have so far have never had a good experience with CheapOairFirst time I was trying to get a flight to Sapporo from SeoulI put in Sapporo, found a flight, and bookedLuckily I checked again and noticed that they put my flight to a different city in Japan on the opposite sideI canceled that quick and rebookedIt's about two weeks for the flight that I rebooked and I just noticed that one of the connecting flights that is in Tokyo required me to travel to a different airport over 80km away! I expect my flights to not require me to reserve a bus and travel another two hours to connect my flightsI chatted to a representative online, right when I found out they messed up, and they first said that they will only refund me and charge me $I refused and decided to call up the manager which said he will refund with a $feeI had to argue with him and got the original $fee for their mistakeI am currently filing a dispute with the Revdex.com to resolve this scam

Also, I ended up booking on the airline's own website to close to the original price (cheaper than cheapoair's adjusted price)
