Cheapshots Photography

I booked these guys for my daughters wedding. But we stopped talking my daughter has no contact with me. So I asked cheapshots if I could get a refund and they wouldn't let me I signed a contract and it is how it is. I asked her if I could transfer it into somebody else name. She told me I could. I didn't say I was going to do that. I have all the text. So in the mean time she had my daughter pay for more time to take pictures. They put in a contract. Well I told them 18 hours later that I wanted to just have her keep the dates for her bridal and wedding. She told me it was to late they had already signed a contract with my daughter. Didn't really check with me to make sure it was what I wanted them to do. They won't refund her money now and it hasn't even been 24 hours since she signed the contract. I am really upset feeling like they just want our money and it isn't right. I would like my daughter to be refunded and use my contract. It isn't to much to ask.

We bought an engagement and wedding photography package. The engagement photos turned out very poorly and the company refused to even partially refund the package despite the wedding date being over 6 months away. Avoid this company.

We hired and paid for family pictures with Cheapshots photogrpahy. We paid for an hour and half of the photogrpahers time, we were only given an hour. We were promised the photos would be to us within two weeks, they were not. Then when we got them they are horrible, they are not edited properly and most of the pictures are unusable, they cannot be edited because they are blurry. I asked for a manger to contact me, they would not give me her name. I finally got an email and didn't hear back for 3 days so I finally emailed and asked for a full refund because of the issues we had, which I will put my emails in this complaint also to show how many issues we had. The manager offered a 15 min mini session to make up for the full price I paid for 14 people to have family photos done, she claimed that is all the owner would do for us. I kept my end of the contract I paid in full well before our photos, I was promised professional photos, and I paid for 25 edits, I only received 17.
