Review: CheapUndies.com is deceptive in its shipping policies and the customer pays the price. During the past few years I've ordered numerous times from CheapUndies and every time the order is over 10 items i've had issues. The First time, they sent half of the items in their original packaging and the other half shoved in the box sans packaging. They use the following tricks to get you to cancel 1. they sit on the order for over a week and refuse to ship it untill you cancel 2. they just claim the transaction was fraudulent. On my last big order over 20 items, they simply sat on the order for over a week and did nothing, so I cancelled. On my most recent order of over 40 units they claimed that the order was cancelled because of fraud. That's a pot of lies. If you're cancelling an orders because of fraud wouldn't you email the customer regarding the issue? Instead they claim they simply processed a refund and requested that I Remove myself from their mailing list if I had a problem with the outcome (I have that emailed saved). The problem isn't with the transaction the problem is with cheapundies and their business model. Instead of emailing or calling and asking me if I could pay a bit more for shipping in order to not lose money on the order they decided to claim fraud which is BS. I've been ordering for years and all of sudden my transaction is fraudulent. Man up and take responsibility, create a tiered shipping policy but don't BS and lie.Desired Settlement: This is the second time this has happened and I want my order to stand or we can part ways and I want 738.95 as a fee for this inconvenience. I also want them to edit their shipping policy or restrict multiple unit orders since this is constantly a problem. If you don't want customers to order more than 5 items since you lose money on the shipping you should charge more. Cancelling orders and claiming fraud is fraud itself.

Review: Two items were purchased from the seller at the same time. They were never received. THree attempts to telephone the seller resulted in a telephone message of " ...the mailbox is full and no messages can be taken ..." Emails were not responded to in a timely way. After several weeks, I received an email stating the seller would be giving me a chargeback. In another email I requested duplication of the order...there was no reply to that request. My repeated emails requesting a refund were ignored. The seller has not replied to [redacted], through which I paid for the order. Finally about a month after the order, I succeeded in telephoning the seller. I told them I wanted my refund. The person said there was issued a credit "...to my account..." I never opened an account with the seller. I have NO account number, nor any "password" to get to an account if I had one. I would appreciate some intervention on the part of the Revdex.com in having the seller issue me the refund I demand, for the inconveniences I have had to endure. I do not plan to do nay further business with a company of such questionable business practices. The seller further said they were NOT at fault for the failed delivery. They said the Postal Service was at fault. They said they were doing an "investigation" with the Postal Service. Were they??? I have had NO information on the results of such an investigation. I was with a parcel company for 27 years of my life. There would be less loss during shipping if sellers used good and sturdy packing materials and practices that can withstand the rigors of parcel services. The matter of shipping loss can be significantly reduced, and in some businesses eliminated if the seller uses good, sensible, packing procedures.Desired Settlement: I would hope that a refund would be issued to me, personally, at my address. However, I will accept a refund to my [redacted] if the seller was willing to issue the refund. CheapUndies.com - Order [redacted]

I have contacted them on numerous occasions including today their voicemail is always full and cannot accept any more messages. No replies have been made, no emails received, no phone calls received and no items received.
