Blew a tire on my BRAND NEW 2015 Honda fit. Didn't think much of it as this is something that happens at times and can't be that big of a hassle to repair, right? WRONG. Well, wrong if you're dealing with these people. Brought my car to the service department at 9am. Was greeted by *** (older gentleman with glasses) who told me I shouldn't be there longer than an hour. I went into the customer waiting area and waited for about an hour or so. *** came in and told me that my tire was destroyed and so was my rim (I saw absolutely nothing wrong with my rim) and when asked what the issue was with both, he just kept repeating "they're just destroyed". He tells me it'll be $135 for the tire and $115 for the rim. Although I know this is a bit high, I really need to have this repaired so I say ok. I wait another two hours and am then told that *** misread the estimate and that the rim alone would be $255. Then, another hour later (4 hours total) am told they do not have any tires or rims available and they would have to keep my car for three days (mind you, I have stock everything so this shouldn't be a problem). I am absolutely livid and ask why it costs so much, why they don't have any stock tires or rims to a brand new car. *** keeps explaining that I don't have a warranty (which I do since the car is only two months old and I even purchased the extended warranty). He finally finds my warranty and calls to see what they would cover and explains they would only cover $100 towards the tire. He tells me I don't have a rental car through them (which later on I found out was incorrect and I did have a rental with them). He tells me between parts and labor, I'm looking at around $400 and three days with no vehicle and that is even before they check the alignment. I asked to speak with a manager several times and was denied that courtesy. I ended up after hours of back and forth and being provided the wrong information and being taken advantage of, taking my car to the Glendale dealership where I purchased the vehicle and got a way better price.

As a young woman there, I was treated as an it and someone who should just "be happy with what they have to offer". I am fully aware this is extremely expensive and I should not be given the incorrect price over and over again. Their staff laughed at me when I went back to pick up my vehicle to take it to another dealership. They were condescending and belittling and refused to give me accurate information about what was wrong with my tire and my rim. I am truly disgusted and will be complaining to the General Manager.
