I contacted the consumer on 8/2/2016. I informed the consumer that Chebat Portfolio Management does not collect on debt, only place debt. I also informed the consumer that we sold his account as of 3/5/2015 to [redacted].

The Complaint is against Chebat Portfolio ManagementThey are not contacting me back with any phone calls or emails.. I would prefer a phone call please.they should still own my debt, but its hard to say because they are not contacting me back

I have attempted to reach Ms. [redacted]. We at Chebat Portfolio Management don't do debt collections so we never received her payment. Ms. [redacted] made payment with [redacted], they can be reached at [redacted] I have myself been in contact regarding Ms. [redacted]s...
account and was informed that she made her final payment on 8.12.2016 and that her Paid In Full letter was emailed to her [redacted] account today 08.16.2016 at 2:45pm. It is advised of Ms. [redacted] to check her SPAM folder as well as her inbox. Also, upon receipt of the Paid In Full letter Ms. [redacted] must fax a copy to [redacted] with her original account number. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions she may reach me at [redacted]
