We were able to communicate with Ms [redacted] at the phone # she providedWe've thoroughly researched our records of calls and account notations and we've come up with nothing that relates to Ms [redacted] or her place of worship.? I don't know how we would have asked for Ms [redacted] when we don't have any account for her and we surely would not inform anyone as to why we were calling unless it was the person we were trying to reach? I do apologize for any confusion this may have caused and we do make every effort to assist with matters such as this but unfortunately we have nothing in our system for Ms [redacted] in order to assist

There is no way I am giving them my bank account information, so they can take it again? Now they have tried putting the NSF fee through twice, so now I would like reimbursed for another 34.00. I would think they can look up my name with the address provided which was also on the check to resolve this.

After contacting Ms. [redacted] by phone we were able to get the additional information needed to locate her file and assist her. It was never our intention to inconvenience anyone. We waived the State Service Fee of $40 per Ms. [redacted]'s request. We are sorry for for not meeting our customer's expectations and look forward to improving our business processes to better serve our customer's in the future.
