To whom it may concernWe have recived the details in concern in *** *** complaintWe have taken the actions required to resolve the issue in the most possible wayWe have checked the register and cameras and nothing was foundOur employee stated that when he got to the drive thru
*** wasn't ready so he went off to attend the line inside the storeHe stated that she was there counting her money for about minutesAfter finishing with the customers he went back with *** and asked what she needed he then took the money and went off to count it in the money machine.The machine counted less that what she said she had given my employee.To make sure it wasn't a mistake my employee went off to count it twice in the machine and by handNoticing no change was made and the same amount keep showing he returned the money back to her said she was short on the moneyShe then grabbed the money and counted herself she put what she was missing and handed the money back to my employee he again counted the money and everything was completed he made the money order and handed it to her she said nothing and leftOne hour later she came inside the store requesting her money back saying my employee had taking the money from herThe machine is a five stars and we have never had any issue of any sort with it you may check the information on the machine yourself "*** *** model ***"I have read *** complaint letter and to state that my employee have done such thing before without proof is really a delicate matterHe has worked in this company for more than years and we have never had a complaint from Customers towards hem in any way
