It started with an oil leak from the rear main seal which took almost two weeks to resolveAfter the repairs were completed, there was a knocking noise that developed in the front suspension
The first visit, they torqued the strut nuts as per TSB 15-
The second visit, they replaced front sway bar bushings and links
The third visit, they could not duplicate the noise
The fourth visit, they performed the same TSB 15-again!
The fifth time, they replaced the front struts and mounts and re torqued all the suspension bolts noise was still presentI had no choice but to file a case with Acura and the Dealer Representative from Acura got involvedThis time around they decided to use the chassis ears to pinpoint the noise
The sixth visit, I was told the car was repairedI road tested the vehicle with the Service managerThe issue is clearly still present and not resolved
