I had a small loan. It was only for $500. I sent them $640.00. They keep calling me and saying interest is adding up daily. They are saying I owe them $1200. They recorded the statement when I told them that I will pay it off early. The balance that I owed them is recorded.
Complainant entered into a transaction with us on November 26, 2019. The installment agreement he signed clearly and conspicuously provides for the amount that we loaned to him and the amount of his total of payments. The agreement also provides for his payment schedule, clearly showing the dollar amount owing on the agreement. Respectfully, complainant has made some payments toward his balance but has not paid in full and has a balance due on the account. Therefore, respectfully we deny complainant's allegations. Nevertheless, we appreciate complainant's past business and to that end, as a matter of customer service only, we will take his account balance to $0.

I am rejecting this response because:check into cash told me (2) two differant amount for my early pay off, and they went into my checking account for a differant amount. first tol me 21.00 dollar, and they told me 40.00 dollars which I sen t them a money order for forty dollars. but they still drafted my checking account for 78.00 more dolloars, with out my permission.
