I tried to get loan but decided not to due to attitude I received from the associate. I requested my application back and the lady stated she could not return. I was upset and left without my I'd or social. When I realized they were missing I called the store back over 20 times before my call was answered and was told that associate remembered me and was looking at caller I'd and purposely not answering. She would not try to locate the items and I contacted one of the district directors and am still waiting on a response.

Review: Check and Go has repeatedly called and claimed we opened an acct in May of 2011 and stating we owe them a balance. We have never opened an acct. in May of 2011 nor do we have a balance with them. This has been stated multiple times to them. They recently called and stated it was turned over to a law firm to handle it, along with the fees of the law firm being added to the supposed balance. They threatened that if we don't pay the balance it will go on our credit.Desired Settlement: I would like them to dismiss this bogus claim and stop harassing us. Doesn't make sense to hire an attorney to take care of this. But at the same time, I'm not paying for something that wasn't ours. It's like we're being blackmailed.

Review: On October 5,2013 I spoke with Agent [redacted] named [redacted] and asked for a Payoff amount and she said it was $2605.49 and I ok'd a payment to process on 10/7/2013 for that amount making sure it was paying off loan and Agent [redacted] confirmed it would close the account. I also received a paid in full letter from Check n go that the account was paid off. I have been receiving numerous calls everyday asking for a $500 payment which I don't owe. I clearly asked for my payoff loan and paid what was told to me.Desired Settlement: Close my account and show paid in full and stop the phone calls

Review: for starters, [redacted] she wouldn't give me any more than her 1st name) was rude and over combative over THEIR mistake, I applied for a loan, I received the loan, on my due date I received an email stating my loan was paid, a day later collections are calling me saying that I didn't pay.... I checked my account and there was no transaction of withdrawal from them, [redacted] proceeded to call me on my JOB and asked for payment, I asked her why wasnt the money withdrawn and why do I owe a fee, [redacted] stated that they punched in the wrong account numbers and the check came back NSF, however there is no record of the transaction any where in my account, it is not my fault to pay for their clerical mistakes and now I am getting harassed...I have no problem paying what I owe.... just get it right. [redacted] and her co workers are messing up peoples accounts and then charing fees, I think this is a GIMMICK and this company should be investigated and [redacted] needs CUSTOMER SERVICE training...or FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to be FIRED, WRITTEN UP or retrained and I think they should have consultants go around to all their offices and retrain their employees... just RUDE and it is uncalled for... Review: I applied for a title loan from Check N Go. I didn't miss a payment and paid my loan off. The day that I paid my loan off I was told I would not receive the title to my truck that day for it was in Ohio for security reasons but should receive it in 5-7 days. I asked why wasn't I told that before I took the loan for I never would have taken out the loan. I then called another Check N Go and was told it will take 2 weeks. I then called another and was told 6 weeks and the last stating 2 months for it was sent to the corporate office then the corporate office sends it to the DMV company in Austin, then the DMV will mail the title back to the company. The title should never have left for they never owned the truck. The company have their loan paid off but I have no title to my truck.Desired Settlement: I need the title to my truck. I have made arrangements to sell my truck. Actually the sell was to made on 10/20/12. The company have no reason to continue to have hold on my title. I paid them as promised. I should have received my title back as soon as they were paid.

Review: I had a payday loan online from this company. My wife paid the account off early with her personal debit card which had posted on February 7, they had taken a "refinance/interest charge" from my personal bank account which posted on February 6. I called and spoke with [redacted] and her supervisor delinda who told me I would have had to cancel the refinance fee within three days of payoff to get the fees returned to me. She said it states in the contract to be canceled within three days but I did not understand that from reading it. I feel it is rediculous that I had to pay almost 100 interest two days in a row. No one ever mentioned to me on the phone when I contacted them about payoff that I needed to cancel the fee within three days, they tried to get me to refinance again rather then payoff early, I feel this is a scam they ran to get the extra money from me because I would not extend the loan for extra time so the could get more interest money from me!Desired Settlement: I would like the payment of $97.34, which posted from my account on February 6, deposited back into my checking account.

In you contract, on page 2 of the Credit Services Organization Agreement, paragraph 10 explains the rights you have for cancelling the agreement. The following page included in the agreement is titled "Notice Of Cancellation"; this form must be filled out and completed and sent in within 3 days of the origination of the loan for our company to cancel the loan agreement.

At this time, Company would be unable to provide a refund based on this complaint. The notice of cancellation must be received within 3 days from the origination of the loan in order to cancel the loan agreement.

Review: I recently went to get a payroll advance and was told they had a new requirement to the contract process and that I would have to open a debit card with [redacted] for a minimum of $10.00 in order to get the advance. They told me I could just use the $10.00 up and never have to add on to it or keep it, and since I had to have the advance I agreed and got a $10.00 [redacted] card. I would not have opted to get this card had I been given a choice. What they didn't tell me was that there would be a $2.00 per transaction charge for every Debit and a $1.00 transaction charge for every Credit transaction. I feel it isn't fair business practice for them to "require" me to open any debit card in order to obtain a payroll advance. I lost $1.00 due to the per transaction charges with [redacted]. Now that may not seem like a lot of money but I didn't even want the card and I wouldn't be writing an advance if I could spare a dollar. Can they "require" their patrons to open a debit card like this? I've been to other check cashing places who have the "option" to get a preloaded master/visa card, but never have I been required to get on in order to do business with them. I am writing becuase I feel that they extorted me with this requirement, is this a legal issue that can be addressed?Thank you[redacted]

If this practice is illegal or at least unethical I want them to have to cease and desist the practice immediately. They never told me about the per transaction fee they just handed me a pamphlet for the [redacted], I found out about it when I tried to use it, and my transaction was declined.Thank you.

I use check n go services once a month normally and love it. But the reason I'm contacting you is there punctuation is very lacking. They are never there! The store sign says they open at 10am monday through friday but they don't show up till around 11:30am of even 1:00pm once! This makes it hard and frustrating to get a loan or to pay it back. Plus its bad business. Im sitting in my vehicle at this moment, waiting one the store to open by the way. This isn't a mom and pop business so why are your employees acting like it is. If this could be corrected it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Review: I TOOK OUT A TITLE LOAN AND WHEN I PAID IT COMPLETELY OFF I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE 4 TO 6 WEEKS BEFORE I COULD RECEIVE MY TITLE. THEY SAID IT WAS STANDARD POLICY. why should there even be a lien on my title, you have my title.

again, I will not do business with you. I have done title loans in the past and was current and it was just handed back to me. I could understand if I was delinquent you would put a lien, but that wasn't the case.
