This is a horrible company! Their customer service is wishy-washy and would not let me cancel before the week trial was up and then would not refund the $monthly fee I called in the day before the trial was up so I should have been fine I was kept on hold for about an hour! Then their call center was closed! How convenient for them! I proceeded to email their customer service because there is NO way to cancel on their websiteThe next day I called in an their agent Javier told me it would be canceled and there should be no problem to get a refund and that someone would be in touch with me via email or by phone within the next few days! Heard nothing so I again emailed and called in, this time I spoke to Jason, supposedly a shift/floor lead- completely rude and unhelpful! He tells me that because its canceled and inactive there is nothing he can do, and no refund to be had! He also tells me that there is no way a call shouldn't be picked up in 5-ish min However, as I went to fill out their survey after the call the first question is "Did the agent help with the reason you called in?" I answered "no" I was supposed to be transferred to another agent- currently on hold again for 30+ min now!!!! Such s [redacted] customer service! Train your people better so you all are unified in what you say! Make your website more user friendly if they do need to cancel or adjust things! Completely disappointed! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I called into customer service on 3/6/18, days after starting a day trail on 3/1/for $I stated I wanted to cancel my account before the day trail ended on 3/8/ There was a bit of a comp barrier with the agent, but I confirmed multiple times that I wanted my account closed on 3/6/18, and was told that would happen I then noticed a pending charge around $on 3/9/18, and when I called and explained the situation they were rude and told me that the agents notes stated that I simply called on 3/6/to get benefit information and I stated I wanted to continue with the service (which is not true) I asked to speak with senior management and they stated they could not transfer me to anyone and that they could not issue a refund I explained that since the call was recorded and is logged, they can go back listen to it and determine the exact words of myself and the agent, but they continued to act like nothing could be done

I did a day trial, and the instructions were not clear on how to cancel I thought I cancelled the service, and apparently I had not I never used the service, and was charged $ When I called after being billed, the operator refused refund me the money, and also refused to transfer me to a supervisor

This both a billing and customer service issue. I am being charged $39.30 after a 7 day trial, when I called to cancel on the 7th day,Saturday, no one answered the phone. Called again Monday talked to Tamarah Peterson and she would stop the charge or refund the 39.90. I also sent 2 emails, Tamaray told me the emails won't cancel a service. voices were raised and she would not let me talk to her supervisor . I strongly recommend that people not use this service it seems like a scam.not

Avoid this service As noted by the other complaints, they will say you can use the service for a trial but what they don't say is that after the day trial (which isn't advertised properly) you will immediately be charged $

I noticed a charge on my bank account today so I called the company with the information providedThey explained to me what they are and what they do, I explained to him that I did not sign up for service for credit reports and he said “I’m not going to blame you just yet” he then verified some of the information such as my email, which was wrong and my IP address said Chicago (which I’ve never been) he said I could open a fraud case to get my money back but I had to look at my report firstSo I didI called back to get the money refunded and they’re bqsically calling me a liarThey refuse to return my money and they weren’t helpful at allI want my $refunded to my account so I can close it out and get a new debit cardMost insulting company I’ve ever dealt with
