My experience with Check Advantage has been positive for the most part especially the free shipping. However, I want to warn customers that they may (as I did) inadvertently include an Anti-Fraud iinsurance that I did not intend to sign up for. When I called to complain, I was told that I must click no to EZ Shield because the default is to add this service. I believe that I clicked no on the choice to add fraud protection, but it was added to my bill anyway. I will admit that I may have clicked it once and it reverted while I was adding other information or went back to check a price. I any case, it is unfair to the consumer to default a charge that is not required.

I ordered some checks from them, that has to be the fastest from any check manufacturer. Well done! They were printed beautifully. Great first impression from this company.

They added free advertising for themselves on the front of every check.
I ordered checks from their website. The images on the checks are exactly like the proof shown when I placed the order der except for one thing...
They placed a giant advertisement for their website in bold print right on the front of every check. This image was not on the proof I reviewed before placing my order.

Review: I contacted customer service to express my dissatisfaction with the checks I received. The first issue is the checks are extremely hard to tear out without tearing the check. The second issue is upon presenting a check, I was told that checks in my state requires the date the account is opened to be printed on the check. This is normally done by the check manuafacter was they verify the check. The representative explained to me, that I could have the checks reprinted at a discounted fee. I went ballastic after her comments and assertation that it was my fault that I did not enter this information in the system. I have ordered from other check manuafacters and have never had this issue, for example checks unlimited verified my information from the bank, and then printed that information on the check.

Never acknowledging my complaint, and concerns and then asking for more money is horrible and I will never order from them again.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund

I recently moved to a small city that still requires I pay some monthly bills in person with a check. I was underwhelmed with the selection of many of the top Google results. I think I finally googled something crazy like "dragon checks" and it landed me on CheckAdvantage's site.
It was awesome! There are thousands of designs, and you can get any of them in side-tear. You can get custom fonts. You can get cute icons. The options are incredible. I liked the design so much I also bought return address labels. Check-out is amazingly simple. The prices were fantastic. And when I messed up my order, I emailed customer service, and got everything ironed out in minutes. My checks arrived incredibly fast - they were beautiful.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase. :)

I ordered checks and envelopes for 2 new business accounts. A few days after submitting my order I received a call from CheckAdvantage because the account number did not appear correct. Sure enough the account number was off 1 digit and my order was corrected. I had previously ordered checks and envelopes for another checking account from another online vendor. The check stock was flimsy and it was difficult to separate the voucher part from the check, envelopes were flimsy and did seal very well. The CheckAdvantage check stock was quite heavy, same with the envelopes and the envelopes were self sealing. I am very satisfied with CheckAdvantage.

Totally easy purchase. I did pay the extra for tracking with Priority mail- ordered the checks on the website on 5/1 and they were here on 5/3!!! Accurate and much cheaper than the bank.
