Checkcare sent a letter to Ms*** explaining this and requested that she pay the statutory amountCheckcare called Ms*** to see if she wanted to resolve her insufficient funds check, but Ms*** did not like her options for payment, consisting of sending payment or hand-delivering to the Checkcare officesMs*** also did not want to pay the amount required by the statuteWhile Checkcare personnel attempted to explain the situation to her, Ms*** would not listen but continued to talk over and ignore Checkcare personnelNo one at Checkcare called Ms*** "AmanDUH," but were respectful and rational in their attempts to explain Ms*** situation to her

Checkcare systems response is more of the bully treatment my complaint is aboutThey aren't apologizing for calling me AmanDUH they are claiming it didn't happenPLUS, my last name is spelled wrong multiple times in this responseThe response also further insinuates that I did something wrong which I did notMy bank made a mistakeMy bank refunded me all fees associated with the check not clearing and like the response says I paid in fullAfter I had purchased the money order, I called to confirm what address to send the money order, the general manager tried to tell me I owed an ADDITIONAL $When I further inquired about why the amount changed they did accept my money order for the original amount of the value of the check plus $I hope Arapahoe county stops using checkcare systems for their collections because this company is extremely unprofessional
