Re: ID# ***Dear Ms***:The complainant alleged that his complaint involved "Service Issues" but the body of complaint did not mention his wait staff/server nor cite any service-related issue.Having said that, I am the cashier, not his server yet I was the object of his complaintAs the
respondent of his complaint, I write from the perspective of a third-person viewpoint.Prior to November 3, the complainant twice alleged that he was served the wrong dish: Hunan Trio (#30) instead of Hunan Shrimp (#28)At both of those occasions, complainant did not confront his server of the alleged mistakes, instead he summoned cashierThe server almost immediately brought out his food, no question ever asked.On November 3, it took the complainant1, forever, relatively speaking, to realize he was served the wrong dishThe wait staff had returned about ten strides back into the kitchen, after which time, it (conveniently) dawned on him that he was served the wrong dishOnce again, complainant wantedComplainant was a customer for the past few months and have had no less than twelve lunchesHe always arrived very late, seated himself at the corner table to an empty or near empty dining areaOn November 3, complainant arrived exceptionally early at around noonHis server wrote the order as" (numeric representation of Hunan Trio in the lunch menu), S (for steamed rice), H superimposed "S" (for hot & sour soup).”priority attentionUnlike the prior two occasions, cashier had three customers: twowaited for their food, had stepped aside for the female US ArmyreservistShe was referred by complainant as "another woman" in his complaint Her payment to cashier was interrupted when the latter noticed complainant by the wooden panel lunged his body forward at the direction of kitchen and back; forward and back; forward and back...The distracted cashier stepped out, face to face with the six-footer customer, informed him to return to his seat for his waiter’s returnHalfway to his table, another staff came out (to make food delivery) and took his "wrong" dish backCashier was then able to finish off with the cash and credit card paymentComplainant knew that his dish will be delivered in no time, but he got up, passed the counter and uttered "***” expletive before he stormed outNo sooner had complainant got outside, the waiter came out with the new dish, perplexed at the empty seat.That’s why on November 6, upon reading the filed complaint letter, cashier had an overwhelming feeling of DevuThe phrase: "...I realized that and ask the cashier..." showed that complainant for the third time, failed to identify presence of chicken, beef and snow peas present in the dish that it was not Hunan Shrimp (#28)For the third time, his late realization precluded him from personally informing his server and for the third time, involved cashier, and"a non-server.Cashier has shown that complainant's narrative materially altered factsHis statements - "...I realized that and ask the cashier if she could come and have a lookShe ignore me and keep talking with another womanSo I walk to her and try to say "hi" again, she become unhappy and shout to me "go back and sit", and then in front of other customers shout to me "you always throw your chopstick cover on the floor, " which I never did beforeAfter I point out they she’s lying, she says, "you can get out, nobody force you to come here." Finally, I have to leave to avoid she go on upset me and embarrass me..." -reeked of self-justification, casting as persion at cashierA customer seated at a four-tabletop closest to the complainant returned on Monday, November He made a remark: "...the guy who yelled at you..." Before complainant, there were five at two booths and a four-tabletopOne of whom agreed and wrote as an eyewitness account of the eventUS Army Reserve (Soldiers Lane), 911th AirLift Wing- Air Force Reserve Command (*** *** ***], Pennsylvania State Police (*** *** *** and last but not least, Moon Township Police Department (*** *** *** *** ***) form Hunan's major customer base.It would be remissed not to mention that complainant never at any time approached the counter, nor asked the cashier to check out his food because the female army reservist was at the counter and discussed how she was paying for her takeout.In conclusion, complainant misused the purpose of Revdex.com complaintHe was cutting in line and demanding priority over an existing customerWe at Hunan have bent backwards over his demanckto replace his food at least three times to the direct knowledge of cashierHe was unnecessarily rude to all present and bullied cashier, in the manner he called out "RICE", for second helpingIt startled cashier each time but the cashier cannot tell him to be polite or respectfulIf cashier did that, he most certainly had complained to Revdex.com alreadyThis is a bad publicity stunt to Hunan as a personal retribution of whatever issue he has with the cashier.Respectfully submitted on November 29, 2017.Signed:Cashier(For privacy reason, respondent wish to remain unnamed)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1. The statement spoke by another customer is incomplete. If she speak honestly, she should have heard that the cashier speak loud and roudely to me in a bad manner " You! Go back to your seat! " I'm almost 30 yrs and she treated me as a student, that's why I was irritated. 2. the cashier then walk to my table and shout to me "you always drop you chopstick cover on the floor delibelirately!", very load, ibelieve the "customer" should have heard that. Why she didn't include that in her statement? I hope the business could provide the video and audio record of their lobby to recover what happened on that day then we all know who are the liar. 3. And I am also a loyal customer to Hunan before that day, and the cashier always smile to white but be cold while talk to yellow skin, I've getting used to it because they make good food, but this time they really hurt me.
