Unbelievable experience with Checkered Flag. Tyler really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and he showed me some suggestions that fit perfectly. Katrina in the Business Office made me feel at ease with the whole process. I had to wait a little longer because my credit was not top notch like it use to be because of a messy divorce. (Don't get me started!). Once my credit score improves, I will be back to purchase a newer vehicle. Thanks everyone at Chickened!

This happened last year but the next vehicle I purchased from them has given me many problems as well but to start, I purchased a 2007 Chevy impala ls back in November, 2014 from this dealership. This vehicle was 8500 dollars not including the interest when I later found outthe vehicle blue book value is 3500 dollars and everything else that tallied up to about 13,500. I test drove the vehicle and it did not give me any problems, I was going to wait to take the front bra off the front bumper when I got home to my garage just to see underneath. I was told new tires were put on the vehicle after my test drive and prior to me taking the vehicle off the lot at the end of their business hours when all of my paperwork was good to go. The drive home to the south east was fine until I got onto deer foot where after 80 km per hour the vehicle violently shook to the point where I had to pull over and feared the tires were going to fall off. I put my hazards on and made it to the house eventually after some phone calls to friends and family. Shaken up I put the car right in the garage to find out what it looked like with the bra off of the front of the vehicle. The entire front bumper was smashed underneath that bra, the black bra was holding the entire front bumper up and I still have pictures on my cell phone of the bumper. I called immediately the next morning very angry and they said they would schedule me in to fix it and to come back after Christmas because they were booked solid. I needed a vehicle for work and they wouldn't do anything else for me. Finally when I get an appointment to get it fixed in January I get told they couldn't release a lien that was on the vehicle and I had to bring it back to them or it would be towed back to them. They said they were not aware of the bumper which means the mechanic must not of done his job because he sure as [redacted] didn't when he put the tires on and I won't even go anywheres near the whole lien that was on the vehicle, they would not give me back the payments I put into the vehicle. Thinking I would give them a second chance because the staff seemed trustworthy so I purchased a 2009 ford f150 xl and about 2 months later the truck wouldn't hold any engine oil and they wouldn't tow the truck or answer my phone calls or call me back. I dealt with the problem myself but It seems that they like to buy or trade in vehicles with problems then pawn them off on vulnerable people with bad credit like myself.
