On October 26, *** *** came out to inspect my home for Bed BugsHe removed the mattress and checked thoroughly for any type of evidence for Bed BugsUpon the completion of his inspection he contacted me and explained that he did a thorough check for the bugs and did not site any eggs or anything and recommended that I get Turner GuardWhen he mentioned that to me it was the first I'd heard of itI was under the impression that all pest services excluding Termites were covered under the plan that I hadAfter he explained that I did not have it, I advised him that I wanted to sign upHe stated that when he come out the following week to discuss lawn services that I would be able to sign upOk, on 11/01/when he came out he looked on a chair in my son's room and stated that he spotted a Bed Bug and that I will not be able to get the Turner Guard and use it for the Bed Bug TreatmentI don't think it's fair that I was told one thing and then when I tried to get if I w
WE HAVE BEEN WITH TURNER YEARS , AND A FEW YEARS AGO HAD TO FILE AGAINST OUR TERMITE BOND FOR A REPAIR ( NOW THIS IS AFTER NEARLY YEARS OF TREATMENTS AND PAYMENTS THEY WANT TO REVOKE MY REPAIR BONDWHAT BECAUSE WE FILED A CLAIM I WAS USING THEIR PRODUCTS AND THERE SERVICE SO WHAT ARE THEY TELLING ME THEIR TEATMENTS DO WORK THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEM
The service which was hired for was to maintain my lawn free from pest and weedsThe company was hired in September to perform services which I would be billed once a month from automatic withdrawal from the accountSince hire, I have not seen anyone from the company administered service on my yawn yet they were paidI received and invoice via email on what was perform but I have surveillance around my home which it captured no one servicing my lawnAlso, there was no indication of someone servicing my lawn by leaving flags on the lawn nor tags on the doorMy lawn looks horrendous and I received letters from the HOA about my lawnAfter interviewing several other companies upon termination of their services, the opinion gave were that my lawn looked like it was not serviced at allThat was the opinion from all three companies I interviewedI called the main office for a resolution and spoke with a managerI was promised that someone will call that same day after she speaks with

I placed an online order thru a 3rd party company "*** order #**SSN** which should have been "It's Your Birthday Flower Cake" for my sister's birthday I can't express how disappointed I was then my sister called to ask me what was she supposed to have receivedI heard her co-workers laughing in the background at the flower arrangement I then asked her to send me pictures of what she received and OMG it looked NOTHING like what I say onlineThe one rose in the middle of the arrangement was dead the other flowers did not have a shape of a cake and some sequence was tossed on the top of the flowersThis is so unacceptable on so many levelsHow can a company that has been in business this many years create and deliver something like this to someone?
