Rowan Heating and Air Conditioning is the best "home service" company of any kindthat I have ever seen. Their personal commitment to fix something is like you are part of their family. They really care. The work is excellent.
Also their prices are reasonable. They have been my company for 17 years and I never once felt overcharged. I can guess they don't raise their prices according to what neighborhood you live in. They are honest.
My home is in Louisiana. I live temporarily in Maryland after Hurrican Katrina took away my employment. In 2012 my home warrenty company sent out a company that replaced my outside unit for my home in Louisiana. The results was an AC system that ran all the time if the thermostate was put on 78 or below. Three years latter, the issue was still unresolved. The home warrenty sent out numerous contractors who all said the unit was working up to specs. I stopped in Rowan for advice. They were all too happy to talk through the situation thinking through the history and giving suggestions. One-thousand miles away from even a visual inspection and they figured out the problems, one at a time. Now the AC cycles properly and cools to a very comfortable 68 in the Southern sweltering summer. That is not only amazing, it is spectacular. Their knowledge and expertise is like none I have ever seen. I wish they would open an office in Louisiana !
