Weldon Heating & A/C was a referral from a neighbor when I moved to Marietta, GA four years ago. Since those 4 years I have also referred them to new neighbors moving in my area. We have all been very pleased with their services. They always call about 30 minutes before arrival, they are courteous and their work is excellent. I appreciate getting emails from them reminding me of the spring and winter checkups. I've never had any issues and I have been happy with their heating and a/c services. I trust them. I financed a used Dodge Dart from Fletcher Dodge on April 7th, Four days later on April 11, I had to bring my car to service because of a loud humming noise that happened when I accelerated at a certain speedAfter the salesman TJ had guaranteed that my car had been looked at before I drove it off the lot The service told me that they put new tires on and fixed the vibrations as wellI later found out that Fletcher don't provide tiresOn April 27, my car was brought to service AGAIN for vibration when driving, front end was sitting low, and steering wheel was wobblingService than said that they completed a balance and rotation of the tires, put two new sets of front struts on because they found that they were leaking, and did a front end alignmentI thought everything was fine afterwards but I had to take it right back to service on April 29, My car had sensors on saying to check engine and ABS light was flashing, there was a loud scraping noise when I acceleratedI called TJ and told him that im tired of bringing the car to the shop and either Fletcher fix the car correctly or give me a different carHe said that he was going to do everything he could to fix the problemThe manager of the service team gave me a gift card to a steakhouse hoping that his team had fixed the problem, which they replaced the right front wheel sensor and right front hub bearing faultyThe service kept my car for about a weekI got it back and continued to have vibrations when I went above mphI called TJ once again and this time the manager over the used car department called me letting me know how sorry he was to hear about what the car has been putting me through and asked for me to bring it in to be looked at by him and the service managerI did and I waited not even minutes in the lobby for him to come back in only to tell me that he and two other men drove the car three times and couldn't find anything wrong with it and he can't give me another car, I left with the car still having vibrationsTook it to Landers and they told me that I would have to pay out of pocket to get my car looked at or go to the dealership that sold the car to meDue to family problems and work, I waited to months to bring the car back to FletcherNow im having a burning smell coming from my car, the vibrations are still there, my front end is back low and my belly pan underneath the car has fellI took it back August 16, to have them look at itNot even an hour before I was told that there's nothing wrong with my carI have warranties on the car and I had to call around to see what warranties actually worked as wellTurns out I don't have three warrantiesTj, the salesman lied about the whole car and everythingI really regret buying a car from these peopleHow hard is it to fix the damn car?
