*** *** *** *** ***commissioned with Checkpoint Graphics to design, produce and deliver 3,fundraising postcards to the residents in our service areaThe postcards were to be delivered via Every Door Direct Mail a service of the USPSWe noticed a poor response from certain areasWhen I contacted the Postmistresses of the respective towns I was told they delivered the postcards as addressed by Checkpoint GraphicsHowever, none of the postcards were addressed for Post Office BoxesIn Philadelphia and Theresa there are two rural delivery routesEach of these post offices received bundles addressed for one of their respective routesWhen I asked each of the three Postmistresses what they did with the undelivered postcards, they all had recycled the unused cards, as they do with undelivered mailEstimates show 1,cards were undelivered and recycled
