The washer hose she is speaking of usually do dry rot and deteriorate over time. It is pretty common on older vehicles and can be spliced back together-- however we did not make any such repair on her vehicle.We offered Mrs. [redacted] a free service on her next visit for her inconvenience but refused to refund her money back for the oil change and the new wipers since these services were provided and done correctly.Mrs. [redacted] declined our offer.

I am rejecting this response because:The bracket or clamp I am referring to must be touched in order to remove or insert the air filter. Checking the air filter is a part of Jiffy Lube's oil changing services, therefor the oil change provided was not done entirely correctly.
They reinserted my air filter backwards. Because it was backwards, it could not be closed or put together correctly. Since it was not put together correctly, it could not function properly.This resulted in my car to breaking down. Me breaking down was not an "inconvenience this may have caused". Breaking down put me in harms way. A free oil change can not compensate the endangerment and the emotional distress I endured.I also declined the free oil change because of the way the manager spoke to me. His tone of voice made me feel as if I was being spoken down to, as if I didn't know what I was talking about.
