This is the worst dealership I have ever been too. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! I purchased a brand new camper from this place, they gave me permanent tags and a registration. DMV has no record of it ever being registered, luckily I was not pulled over and issued a ticket. Also have never sent the title to my bank when the dealer has been paid for months. I have called the dealer MANY times and the owner Frank S[redacted] has not been in the office and none of the employees know when he will be back nor do they know what to do about my title since he handles all of that. Finally after 2 weeks of calling the owner who wasn't in the office and reporting him to the State the owner EMAILS me his "apologies" and that it was "taken care of" didn't even have the courtesy to give a phone call after all the trouble he has caused me. HORRIBLE BUSINESS OWNER. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
And to top it off, he won't be fined or penalized for the HUGE inconvenience he caused me. Ridiculous.

WORST customer service EVER!! I will not deal with this company ever again, and I will make sure that everyone I'm in contact with about campers in the future, will know about the service I received and ask them not to shop here!
First when buying the camper, the sales rep gave misleading information about using the camper in the winter; then when getting the camper serviced - the service department didn't bother calling to advise what is wrong before working on the camper - as requested.
Needless to say, the camper has been SOLD!
When calling to cancel the extended warranty - I was advised that I need to spw/the president in order to cancel - Per the Parts Associate, but he doesn't know where the president is, or when he will be in the office - doesn't offer to take my name and number to have him call me back once back in the office - his response - just keep calling back and see if you can reach him. He states they cannot even reach him - I hope all is ok, but this is the poorest excuse of a way to run a business! I'm extremely frustrated with this business and the employees! Hopefully this message will get back to the owner and either 2 things - hits him in the pocket, or fixes his customer service. So much for helping a small business, as you have given it a bad name for me!

Review: My camper was on their property after having been repaired. We drove by and discovered the business closed. They have our 09 Starcraft pop up camper. We have no idea where it is.Desired Settlement: We want our camper we are still making payments on.

Review: We purchased a camper in Dec. from this dealer. They never filed the title with the Lein holder consequently keeping us from aquiring a license plate! In the state of SC, we can not get a license plate due to their negligence. I have been trying to reach them for a month to no avail. The phone goes to all circuits are busy. We now have a camper that we are making payments on and can't even use it due to having a temporary license that is 2 months out of date!Desired Settlement: We need the title filed with the bank so that they can file it with the state of SC. We want to use our camper
