This business took my money and processed my payment. However, did not deliver the product. It has been double the amount of time promised. In mid June of 2015 my payment was processed for two pieces of a bathing suit. The estimated time of delivery can take up to six weeks. It has been 12 weeks, and no correspondence has been made on when I will be receiving my order. Desired SettlementI would like my product ASAP. If not, I would like a refund. This person is conducting poor business conduct, and there are many complaints all over their social media.

I ordered a custom bikini in March, with the knowledge that it would take 4-6 weeks after payment was received for m bikini to arrive. After sending a check and it being cashed, I waited six weeks before contacting the owner. After a few weeks, she finally responded, assuring me that my swimsuit was on the way. I waited another month, then asked for a full refund. She responded saying that she would send me a refund within two weeks. This never occurred. I paid $54 for a custom swimsuit that I never received and probably never will.Product_Or_Service: SwimsuitDesired SettlementI would like a full refund of my money as soon as possible, in addition to taking down this website, as it is a scam. I ordered bikini 6 months ago that I still have not received with little to no communication. Have asked for refund of money and she is not respondingI ordered two custom bikinis on march 16th 2015 through email listed on cheeks bikinis website, [redacted] (the owner) asked me to mail a check of $99 to her home address at 3485 zion lane, reno nv 89503.I was never given an order number from her.The check was withdrawn from my account of 3/26/15, check number 112 from my personal bank account. After 4 months of waiting I sent her an email asking the status on my order and I got no response. I sent another email then started to send her messages on [redacted] and [redacted] before I finally got a slight response, she said they were done and were going to be sent that week (this was in july 2015) several weeks went by and I had to contact her again, she then sent an email on 9/5/15 apologizing for the delay stating she has been stuck at her other job, but that the bikinis are finished and her mom was going to mail them that following Monday. It has now been a month and I still have not recieved or heard anything else from her, a week ago I contacted her on social media (its the only source she has been responding to me and other girls with same issue) asking for a refund and still have had no response from her.Desired SettlementA full refund of $99 to be mailed to the address of [redacted]

I ordered a custom bikini in March from Cheeks Bikinis. On her website at the time, she said delivery would take up to 3 weeks after she received payment. She deposited my payment of $59 on April 13th, 2015. I emailed her on May 7th to follow up, since that was over 3 weeks after and I still hadn't received my bikini. She never responded.
I emailed her again on May 12th, and she said she'd been busy with her other job and would try to get it done on her next days off otherwise she'd issue me a refund. After again, not hearing anything or receiving my bikini, I emailed her on May 24th asking if she can please rush it to me because I was leaving for my wedding/honeymoon and that was the purpose of my purchase from her. She said she couldn't because the post office was closed for Memorial Day. I asked her to rush ship it via [redacted] or [redacted] to me or to my friend later in the week so I could have it for my trip, and she said she couldn't, they were also closed. Then once it was Tuesday and she could've rushed it to my friend, she stopped responding all together.
I emailed her again on June 12th, no response. Then again on July 26th - where she claimed again to be busy at work. She also changed her website to say 3-6 weeks for delivery, but she was far beyond that point with mine.
I reached out 10 more times to her via email (I'm not even counting the times I reached out via [redacted] and [redacted]). She would either not respond at all (the majority of the time) or tell me she's sending it soon and will send me a tracking number, which never happened.
Finally, on Sept 27, I told her if I didn't hear from her by Sept 28 EOD, I would contact the Revdex.com. And what do you know, she offered me a refund via PayPal on the spot. I took it, knowing if I didn't, it's likely I'd never receive my bikini.
I know for a fact that I am not the only person she has done this to - and I will never recommend this business to anyone. I'd recommend everyone else who is waiting on a bikini to ask for an immediate refund or file a complaint on her via the Revdex.com.","neg-1
