I ordered and paid for a mouth guard on May ***. After several attempts, I have still not received the merchandise as of June ***. They are very unprofessional. They lost my first impression. Then took 3 weeks to process my 2nd impression for them to lose the night guard and it was never received. I am now waiting on the 3rd impression. I have sent over 20 emails. It shouldn't be this hard to receive merchandise that has been paid for. In the end they offered me $10 credit for my troubles, Though I would never consider giving them my business again. Terrible, terrible unprofessional experience.
To whom it may concern,
We have been experiencing slight delays due to decreased staff.
The customer lost their guard and wanted a replacement immediately. We happily accommodated the request and even refunded her $10 for the delays.
The night guard is currently on the way to her. Here is the tracking number ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The vendor is lying. I never lost the guard, because I never received the guard. They claimed to have sent it, but used an old shipping label. If they look in their records, they will see that what they claim I have "lost" was never delivered. This shady response is indicative of their total lack of professionalism. This order was placed on May ***, it is now June *** and for the first time in the history of the order I show a night guard is delivering today. Offering a $10 credit was completely tone deaf, I would never give this company another dime of business. Please reflect these business practices in their Revdex.com ratings.

The company Cheeky, seems to look like a scam, they are very hard to get a hold of and a lot of customers haven’t gotten their molds. Also my card info was stolen about a few weeks after I orders one and they said they didn’t. But who knows ! Please check them out thank you

The client claims we are the reason for a breach with her credit card activity and a scam which is completely false.
We have thousands of happy customers and no breach reported by anyone else.

I ordered a product. The package arrived. I never opened it. I contacted the business and said that with the state of economy and uncertainty in my income from COVID19 I did not wish to move forward with the products or services and got permission to return the unopened package for a full refund. I have this in writing. On April *** I responded to the merchant's email confirming receipt of my return telling them, NO I don't want a replacement I wanted a refund. This was acknowledged in writing back from them and that they refunded/cancelled my order. On May *** I reached out to them again asking how long a refund takes and they replied on 5/*** that it should take 7 business days. (7 business days from 4/*** is April ***. We are now at June *** (38 business days or nearly 2 months and I'm still waiting for my refund)
