I ordered a mouth guard from cheeky. I was twice sent an incorrect mouth guard, and I requested a refund when it seemed they were going to send me the same incorrect mouth guard (fitted to someone else’s impression, it seems) a third time. They offer a complete satisfaction or your money back guarantee. I have received a partial refund, but not a complete refund. When I ask for it, which I have on at least four separate occasions over a period of months, they say they will get on it right away, and yet the refund has still not appeared.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. However, I do not understand why a complaint to the Revdex.com was necessary in order to get an appropriate response from the business.
