I appreciate you willing to help and it wasn't the gal I talked to when I tried to return it it was the lady who was there when I purchased the shortsI asked what the return policy was and I was not informed it was an in store creditI simply won't return to your storeI never once brought up my husband, he couldn't do anything about itI only stated that me working as a manager of another clothing store knows that things weren't dealt with correctlyCustomers first and as a customer I was not treated wellGood luck with your buisness I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

I am so sorry to hear that you are upset We do have our policy online posted and also the girls are instructed to make it clear that we only offer an exchange rather than a cash refund We are a small store not a chain and have had this policy for the last six years I did speak
with the gal who you dealt with and she is actually a manager who has worked for us for over years She is pretty experienced She told us you were very visibly upset and threatened to have your husband come back in and that you told her you were a manager of a local apparel store Our offer of a full in store credit still stands We do have our policy posted in the store as well and it has been posted at the check out since the store opened in Fruitland We honestly do not want you to be unhappy and we are happy to address any issues that your friends might have had as well Please let us know if an online credit would be better for you so that you don't have to go in to the store? I am open to suggestions but we will not be giving a cash refund despite the complaint or threats
