I appreciate you willing to help and it wasn't the gal I talked to when I tried to return it it was the lady who was there when I purchased the shorts. I asked what the return policy was and I was not informed it was an in store credit. I simply won't return to your store. I never once brought up my husband, he couldn't do anything about it. I only stated that me working as a manager of another clothing store knows that things weren't dealt with correctly. Customers first and as a customer I was not treated well. Good luck with your buisness.  
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
