Review: After doing research on businesses that offer invisalign I choose Cheema Dental Corporation because they ensured me that I could start the process with them and then transfer to any other provider as long as they did invisalign treatments as well. This was a crucial choice because my husband is in the military and we would be moving. I started the process and paid more thanhalf of the total bill already but I was only given 6 of my 32 aligners and was ensured once again that once I found another invisalign provider the rest of my aligners along with my case would be sent to them. I have found a provider but Cheema Dental Corporation will not release my case and aligners until I pay in full. More than half is paid off and a monthly payment plan is already in place for which they pull out automatically. It is going on almost three months and I am down to the last retainer I was given. No contract was signed saying that my bill needed to be paid in full before I can do anything else. I don't understand why they would offer a payment plan up front if I could not even use what I have played for.Desired Settlement: I would like at least what I have payed for, more than half of my retainers and my case sent to my new invisalign provider so that I can continue the process of straightening my teeth.

Review: THIS IS FOR THE TRACY LOCATION- I COULD NOT FIND THEM ON THE WEBSITE. I AM AN INVISALIGN PATIENT AT THEIR TRACY LOCATION. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS NOW, BUT THEY KEEP CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK. THEY ARE NOW ONLY OPEN 1-2 DAYS A MONTH. THEY KEEP MAKING ME AN APPOINTMENT ON THE DAY THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY GOING TO BE OPEN, BUT THEY CALL ME LAST MINUTE TO CANCEL. ONE TIME, THEY NEVER CALLED ME AND I SHOWED UP TO A CLOSED OFFICE. THE SIGNS POSTED STILL SAY OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, AND THEIR VOICEMAIL STILL SAYS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK. I ASKED TO TRANSFER TO THEIR LIVERMORE LOCATION BECAUSE I WORK IN LIVERMORE, BUT THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $500 TO TRANSFER TO THEIR OTHER OFFICE. I BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO KEEP THEIR END OF THEIR CONTRACT, SO WHY SHOULD I BE LOCKED INTO THE CONTRACT TO CONTINUE MY TREATMENT IN THEIR TRACY LOCATION, IF THEY ARE NEVER OPEN. I PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR TREATMENT THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO PROVIDE ME. ITS BEEN MONTHS SINCE THIS SITUATION HAS STARTED, AND I JUST WANT TO FINISH MY TREATMENT.Desired Settlement: There are a few different settlements I would be okay with. One being: Doing the refinements that they said they would do for free AND transfer to Livermore without having to pay to transfer to one of their own locations. The second would be to refund my money so that I can seek treatment elsewhere.
