Review: On November 3, 2015 we were informed that we would no longer be allowed in the gym or in the parking lot of the gym simply due to the owner not caring for what we had to say about her business ethics. Per the agreement, should this occasion arise, the complainant would be required to wait outside of the gym, in the parking lot. This option is being refused to us. Therefore, this breaks the contract that we signed with the business.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of the competition fees paid to date. These fees have not yet been earned as competitions have not been conducted, nor will they be conducted until December 19, 2015. This amount is $450.00

I am requesting a full refund of the uniform fees, since we will not be able to use the uniform this season as the business has broken their contract with us. This amount is $668.50

I am requesting a full refund of the tuition for November since we have not completed any practices for the month of November to date. This amount is $199.00

The total amount requested is $1,317.50
