The contract the customer signed at the beginning of the cheer season is with Cheer Infinity Athletics, the gym and business, not the coaching staffNo where in the contract that the customer signed did it state the number of coaches that would remain on staff during the seasonStaff was fired due to disrespect, insubordinance, and a conflict of interestNew staff was on site two weeks after the first coach was fired, and a day after the second coach was fired, so at any given time there were two to three coaches on staff, and currently employedThe first set of practice wear was given out at the end of the summer, and the customers child's team shirt was given out before Christmas, so both sets of practice wear was received by the customerThe uniform fee of $was charged to the gym by the manufacturer of the uniformThe customer received a full new uniform for $because of the manufacturers mess up in quality of the uniform the previous yearThe uniforms came back still incorrect, in which I as a business owner took the uniforms to a seamstress to have them corrected and paid for them out of my own pocket, with no charge to the customers for thisThe customer has a quitting fee/rechoreographing fee of $which is clearly stated in her contract which she signed at the beginning of the seasonTo answer the posting on Facebook claim, yes, we have a private group in which the only members are the clients of the gym and there is information posted in that group communicating things to all parentsNothing has been posted publicly about any of this, nor would I do that because it is unprofessional and unethical.I feel that the customer is upset because I fired a coach who was/is her friend, and this is the way she is reacting to itShe is upset that I am enforcing our contract and the fee for quitting during the season and she has made frivolous claims that have no merit out of anger and being hurt

The contract was sent certified mail on 1/26/2016 along with your final invoice. Tracking number [redacted] shows that it is scheduled to be delivered to the Lancaster post office today 1/28/2016. The contract shows your signature, along with the portion stating that you acknowledge the financial commitment of the season, and you understand that leaving or pulling your child during the middle of the season will not relieve you from paying your fees or the rechoreography/quitting fee. You were given the remaining portion of the contract/handbook back at the beginning of the season. I kept the copies that were signed, of which I copied and sent to you.

The contract the customer signed at the beginning of the cheer season is with Cheer Infinity Athletics, the gym and business,  not the coaching staff. No where in the contract that the customer signed did it state the number of coaches that would remain on staff during the season. Staff was...

fired due to disrespect, insubordinance, and a conflict of interest. New staff was on site two weeks after the first coach was fired, and a day after the second coach was fired, so at any given time there were two to three coaches on staff, and currently employed. The first set of practice wear was given out at the end of the summer, and the customers child's team shirt was given out before Christmas, so both sets of practice wear was received by the customer. The uniform fee of $50 was charged to the gym by the manufacturer of the uniform. The customer received a full new uniform for $50 because of the manufacturers mess up in quality of the uniform the previous year. The uniforms came back still incorrect, in which I as a business owner took the uniforms to a seamstress to have them corrected and paid for them out of my own pocket, with no charge to the customers for this. The customer has a quitting fee/rechoreographing fee of $250 which is clearly stated in her contract which she signed at the beginning of the season. To answer the posting on Facebook claim, yes, we have a private group in which the only members are the clients of the gym and there is information posted in that group communicating things to all parents. Nothing has been posted publicly about any of this, nor would I do that because it is unprofessional and unethical.I feel that the customer is upset because I fired a coach who was/is her friend, and this is the way she is reacting to it. She is upset that I am enforcing our contract and the fee for quitting during the season and she has made frivolous claims that have no merit out of anger and being hurt.

I am rejecting this response because:I have yet received a copy of the contract I signed.
