Consumer's daughter received all items under the All-Star Uniform and Competitions section of theexecuted agreement except for benefit of the final two months of our monthly tuition/facility fee andtwo competitions (March 2016 and April 2016) due to her decision to pull her daughter from theprogram....

The two competitions for March 2016 and April 2016 had already been paid for in advance tothe competition vendors on behalf of her daughter (these fees are paid in advance to get spot atcompetitions).On February 18, 2016, I sent email to Consumer requesting her current address in order to send thecheck of $180.00. She responded on the same day with the address (copy of email attached). OnFebruary 19, 2016, a certified mail/return receipt envelope with the $180.00 refund was sent toConsumer at the address noted on this complaint.On February 23, 201~ which is after receipt of email confirming Consumer address, a credit card disputenotification from our third party vendor who processed the $1,162.50 was received. A written responsewas provided to our third party vendor along with several back up documents referencing the executedagreement and notation of the $180 check provided via mail to the Consumer. Notification by our thirdparty vendor stated they were denying the dispute and I understood the Consumer's credit cardcompany had up to 60 days prior to making any decisions. Prior to the 60 days being fulfilled, theConsumer disputed the charge for a second time.On March 24, 2016, a letter notification from the U.S. Post Office was received showing the envelopewith the $180.00 check that was sent to Consumer on February 19, 2016 was returned to our addresssince it had been unclaimed by the Consumer (see attachment).A check in the amount of $180.00 is available for the Consumer and can be picked up from our locationupon notification of time/date during business hours. The company has gone above any obligations tothe Consumer in resolving this matter.
