Ms. [redacted] agreed in writing to follow our enrollment policy after paying the $10 trial fee and trying the class. We allow our students to pay $10 and try a class and then choose to enroll in our program. She did that and later enrolled by paying the non refundable portion of the fees to reserve her...

spot for February. Later, she decided to quit. We immediately extended the credit to her for another class, lessons or camp for up to 90 days, but she insisted that we breach her signed contract and issue a refund. Ms. [redacted] spoke to her and communicated that she had extended her the credit as soon as she was made aware of the situation on the phone and in several emails. We are simply following the no refund policy in agreement that she signed when she enrolled her daughter for our class. Furthermore, Ms. [redacted] sent an email to myself and my partners that crossed all professional boundaries using obscenities and threats. At that point we stopped all communication with her. I regret her frustration and that she did not understand the enrollment contract but we have a strict student to instructor ratio and we try to follow our agreements. I will be happy to forward you a copy of the agreement and all of the emails to show that we are following our policies.
