To Whom It Is Concerned:This email is in response to Complaint ID #: [redacted] I would first like to apologize for not meeting your request for a response within days, however, due to the nature of our business I travel quite frequently during football and basketball season, so the day request was not realistic for our business.Second, I would like to note that the individual who filed the complaint refused to have the school pay the amount due Because of her stand on the issue, our company presented detailed information to the principal of her school on October 28th, The information was reviewed by the principal and his decision was to pay the full amount due for that is what the school owedThird, the individual who filed the complaint did not like her principals decision to pay the full amount so our company has since been threatened by her.Following are the details that were presented to the principal:Hampton Coach, [redacted] registered participants and coach for the GA Tech Halftime Extravaganza She provided PO # [redacted] for payment of $ The registration fee is non refundable and this is stated on the registration form that Ms [redacted] submitted and signed (Copy of registration form and PO signed by Ms [redacted] and your athletic director/department chair attached) Two weeks prior to the event, Ms [redacted] notified me she was cancelling and would void the PO I notified her that the fees were non refundable and payment still due even if they cancelled Ms [redacted] communicated the parents were not happy, but they would honor the contract and attend Cheerleaders of America produces the event and provides final details of information of where to be for practice, parking, etc In the Final Details we ask all coaches to notify us if their numbers have decreased for purposes of the show line up on the field It does not state and/or imply that a refund will be provided for those not attending (Copy attached....please see # 3) The week of the event, Ms [redacted] notified me that her numbers had decreased and that the bookkeeper would only be paying for those who attended (Ms [redacted] participant numbers changed many times, including the day of the event) I notified Ms***, the registration fee was non refundable and the full payment was due even if her numbers decreased In response, Ms [redacted] sent me an email on October 2, stating she was open to arbitration From the receipt of the October 2nd email from Ms ***, I have not communicated with her I contacted your bookkeeper the week of October 18th and she asked me to send her an invoice I sent your bookkeeper the invoice she requested and received an email from Ms [redacted] demanding an invoice for an adjusted amount of the registration fee.Please advise if you need any additional details [redacted]

This company is a fraud and I have since been asked to let it go by my employer, however, I do not feel it is right for this company to continue to scam schools as she hasI have the email communication and the so called registration form that she submitted that does not outline the reasoning nor does it clarify all the terms and conditions to participateThis lady is a nut to say the least, and attempted to have my job threaten because I posted on social media she was a fraud I will stand down for the moment but if she contacts my employer one more time I will continue with a personal petition to sueShe is a fraud and I am not the only school had issues with her in the Georgia regionYou may reach out to the Locust Grove High cheer coach as wellIn closing, please have representative to contact me via phone at [redacted] so, that I may be able to get closure and find out what is the final out come will beSincerely, [redacted] ***
