The customer was issued a full refund minus the $paid for delivery services rendered and it was done on 9/one day after we received her phone call At issue was that the chair was purchased on 9/and delivered on 9/and the receipt does state after days we reserve the right to
charge a restocking fee In this case because the customer was purchasing off the floor and was able to sufficiently test the chair before purchasing it wasn't an issue of ordering the chair and it coming in wrong Our restock fee would have been $or 25% of the price paid for the chair and $to drive the 1/hour round trip from our store to pick it up If the customer was able to bring the chair back their self then the $charge wouldn't have been assessed I believe we were well within our rights to pursue this path but instead decided only to keep the original delivery fee paid I was not aware of the Revdex.com complaint until today
