I tried SEVERAL times to cancel via your website and was told every time that "this account could not be auto cancelled at this time or is already cancelled" then it was give the option to email, which I did and was told a valid email is requiredHow is my email that I am logged into your account with not "a valid account"? Perhaps of you use the same faulty website for your phone line also the issue lies with them? After checking our records, this is the first email we have on file from the email address you have registered. Our messages are checked daily, however if the message is not clear, and the information requested in the voicemail is not properly left,...

As far as your account is concerned, based on the Terms and Conditions agreed to upon signing up, the users account will be charged every 30 days from the original start date until the account is cancelled by the user. This is why you have been charged monthly fir access to our LIVE streaming services, Pictures, and Video on Demand, so you are able to go back and view any teams that were missed during the LIVE stream. May I ask what email address you were sending to for tech support, as mentioned above this is the first notification we have on file, is through the Revdex.com.
