They do not do what they say they are going to do as in call me within hours to let me know what the problem is with my sweeper or let me know they need more time, etc
Kept my sweeper for over a month with no explanation on their part unless I continually called to get an update, but still never told me what was wrong
They do not employ qualified technicians to handle repairs I took the sweeper to A Sweeper Company and they diagnosed the problem right then and there with me standing there just by listening to how the sweeper was running
I came to pick up my "unfixed" sweeper from Kissella and the manager instead of apologizing was condescending and tried to sell me a new Kirby Sweeper even though mine is only years old Kirby sweepers are excellent products and years is not old for a sweeper of this caliber at all
