Cheetah Clean Auto Wash

I will NEVER use this car wash again Damage to my car was noted immediately after I exited the wash Filed a claim report and staff took pictures before I even left the property When I spoke with the manager, Jeff F*, later on the phone, he denied any possibility of responsibility Scratches were very consistent with car wash damage and I am certain those marks were not there before I entered the wash He told me that I probably scratched it myself removing ice the prior winterMy car is months old and is garaged both at home and at work and I have never scrapped ice of the trunk lid! When I expressed disagreement with him, he became very angry and told me I could take him to small claims court if I wanted and then hung up on me Terrible business manners and customer service DO NOT USE this car wash
