We have completed the gutter installation project for the homeowner and added additional gutters and downspouts above and beyond the where the initial agreement had called for them to be installed. We have also given them a sizeable discount...

for the delay in getting them installed.
Our gutter sales were highly successful and caused us to simply get behind on the timely installation as we are accustomed to doing for every customer. We communicated that to the homeowner and got it completed as soon as we could. They are now a satisfied customer.
