We searched our database and can not find you as a
customerWe can only go back years as our computers are replacedSo, we think you have the wrong companyWe only sell a replacement wicker basket to our customers to fit an exact block as agreed at the time of the orderAny replacement basket does not come with wood rails as those are mounted on the butcher blocks that we sellIf it was purchased from us then there was an OVER SIZED ITEM CHARGE for a large over-sized box, this may explain the shipping and / or total chargesThank you for your time,

As to this matter, I did purchase the item from Chef DepotThe charges were NOT for shippingThe merchant offered one price, then switched the priceThey supply rails for baskets sold with butcher blocksI purchased a butcher block from them, then subsequently purchased a basket to go with it but never received the railsI find this merchant deceptive, conniving, and disreputable

The wood rails you are describing, are only available on the block (when block is built at factory)The baskets do not have wood rails
You can check onlineCalling any dealer or manufacturer two years after a purchase is not realistic
