I paid him for weight loss services and I never received them I gave him 500 dollars and he completely lied to me stop answering my phone calls he's a complete fraud and I wish there was a way to get my money back and put him out of business.

Paid $756.00 to Chef Timothy Moore for Supplements. These were for my Mother, but did not ever see the product, even though I was told that he finally received them, but was not going to need to have them after all, as my Mother passed away. On numerous occasions I requested a refund and was told by Chef Timothy Moore that I would receive it and was given time approximate time frames of when to expect it. Finally he came back to me and said the company would be unable to refund the money back, due to FDA laws, so Chef Timothy Moore said that he would pay me back himself. I asked when I could expect the money back and he indicated that he would be coming to [redacted] by a specific time frame. I repeatedly had to continue calling him to find out what was going on. He then gave me an excuse that he had problems with his eyes after having surgery on them and also, that he had been in a car accident, so he would be delayed in coming. Some weeks passed and I still had not heard from him. I tried to reach him repeated times and left messages, but he did not return my phone calls. I then called several other mutual acquaintances to see if they had heard from him or knew what was going on with him. None of them had heard, but when I told them the situation that happened with me, they shared that they experienced the same thing, where they had paid Chef Timothy Moore for services and he never delivered the services and kept their money. We all came to the conclusion that this man is a SCAM ARTISTand they more people we have spoken with that have come in contact with him and paid for services to be rendered, found out that they too had been scammed. This includes four other family members of mine. Please be aware if you come in contact with Chef Timothy Moore, that he is a smooth talker and he will tell you that if you pay him a certain amount of money, he will provide certain services to you, but please do not be fooled, as it is all a lie and services will not be provided.Product_Or_Service: SupplementsOrder_Number: N/AAccount_Number: N/ADesired SettlementRequesting that $756.00 be paid in full to me immediately by CASHIER'S CHECK to my address, which Chef Timothy Moore has.

I paid Dr. [redacted] for services and supplements. He did not provide all the supplements or all the services in which he was paid.I met Dr. [redacted] at a health fair. He is a life coach and a health expert. He asked for money to provide supplements for my mother and I. For we paid $399 to Principal labs to have bloodwork completed. He requested $800 for supplements. We made the payment on Aug 31, 2015. On Sept 7, 2015 we received a food list. After repeated phone calls, we received some supplements on Oct. 2, 2015. His excuse for the long time was that they sent them to his mailing address and not to us. It was not $800 worth of supplements. The supplements were at most $100. They were not a full 30 days of the proposed treatment plan. One of the pills he wanted us to take 4 times a day. I alerted Dr. [redacted] that we were running out of supplements Oct 12, 2015. He said that he would mail them. Also during this time I had ordered two shakes from his website on October 13, 2015 and paid extra for priority shipping. It was $79. I never received the shakes. Also on the Oct. 9, 2015 he asked for $775 for a credit repair service. Then on October 13, he asked for a credit card to pay for a class $297. The last day I heard from him is October 31, 2015. He does not return calls or emails. On Nov. 2, I asked for refund of 1491.90. I sent an email and text to his phone. The full amount of all the outlay of money and money gram fees was 1970.90. I did receive the 297 and 79 back from Capital One. Also on some of his forms he has a logo from [redacted] I contacted the [redacted] to verify his license with them. They stated that he has been inactive since January 2015. As of today I still have not received a response from Dr. [redacted].Desired SettlementI would like a refund of 1491.90.
