I am writing regarding an order placed with Just Jan Show Apparel for a custom made show outfitThe outfit I received from Just Jan had several issuesThe sides of the outfit did not line up, the seems were loose, the zipper didn't lay right, and the fabric used for the pants was not appropriate and did/does not match the chapsNot to mention the outfit carried a terrible odor of smokeI tried to address some of these issues directly with JanShe originally agreed to adjust the outfitShe told me to send it back to her to adjustShortly after she sent a nasty email indicating she was not going to fix it after all and quit communicating with altogetherDocumentation/pictures can be provided upon request
