I gave this company almost $1000 dollars in repairs and it still has the same problems it did also this company is very rude and non complaint to customer service I had to pay for parts before they even started fixing my car
Customers car was towed in with what customer said was transmission issue, we found it to be a seized front wheel bearing. The customer had a previous balance and was told no work would be completed until after that was paid or at least partially paid. When customer was informed he became very upset and continued to call several times asking why we wouldn’t do the work. Over several weeks he paid his previous bill and we started the work on this car. Customer then came in 2 weeks after car repair was completed and paid for his repair which was less than quoted price. We also provided a replacement tire at no cost because his wasn’t any good. The total amount of his repair was under $600. As far as car making the same sound, we never heard a sound as a result of it being seized and towed in. So the fact the customer stated it has the same problem is 100% false because he was able to drive it away unlike when he brought it to us.

I am rejecting this response because: okay first of all that’s all true and I was having issues with transportation which is why it took me so long to get them the money and come get it because I had to find someone to bring me down to get it and yes I drove it off the lot but after 10 minutes on freeway it began to make the same sound so obviously the problem is still there
