Please provide the verbatim text of such email through your website, as I didn't send any emailIt's funny how in any correspondence leading up to your statement, it's the only time I heard that I "sent" an email

"We feel" however that Mr*** made the request??? Not really sure about something??? I disputed the charge when I found out about it through a phone call from a collection agencyI didn't have any idea the charge was on my credit report, as there was no further attempts to contact me in the years, even though Chehalis has my still active phone number, and a now old home phone number
Why didn't Chehalis make an effort to figure out who to charge, such as oh, I don't know, maybe knocking on the front door??? Why didn't Chehalis simply bill my credit card again if they were so sure I was the responsible party???
Why does Chehalis say they were emailed, but in paperwork I have, they say they were called for no heat??? Chehalis apparently can't keep track of anything right down to how the service call was initiated, cannot properly bill responsible parties, (If they feel they know who to bill), and should eat their bogus charge as a lesson learned

This is an unfortunate miscommunicationThe problem with Mr*** heat pump was miss-diagnosed and he was given a quote to make the repairsWe were unaware that Mr*** had called another company and had the trouble resolvedOur tech made an error in his findings at the time of serviceHad
I know we had miss diagnosed the issue I would not have called to collect the outstanding diagnostic feeAt this time the fee has be written off and Mr*** will not be contacting again in regards to this service callI apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

This is in response to the charges dating back to 10/5/12 that the above referenced individual is disputing, and filed a complaint with the Revdex.com about our...

company. I  question why it took Mr [redacted] over 2 years to dispute the charges, only then stating that the home was sold in May, 2012.
In August, 2012 (2 months prior to the disputed charges and 3 months after the reported sale of the home) we were dispatched on a no cooling call to the address at [redacted], Bremeton. Those charges of $537.57 were paid by a credit card
belonging to [redacted]. I  have attached copies of both the service ticket and the credit card receipt in payment of those charges.
In October, 2012 we received an email from Mr [redacted] thru our website that the system was again not working. To whom it may concern,
Our facts remain the same as stated in my earlier correspondence dated October 20, 2015.
My only addition is to Mr [redacted] question as to "why we didn't  simply bill his credit card again if we were so sure that he was the responsible party". Once a credit card is charged and the transaction authorized, we do not keep the credit ard number (with the exception
of the last 4 digits) or the security code in our file. Those numbers are destroyed for security purposes. It also is not our policy to charge a customer's  credit card without prior written or verbal approval.
