Original Visit: The customer arrived asking for three used tires for her vehicleWe informed her that we didn't have any that matched in that particular sizeWe explained to her the size difference and the thread that was left on the tires that we had in stockThe tires were safe for road and highway travel at time of purchaseAll tires are checked for safety and tread integrity before being shown to a customer and mounted onto a vehicleThe customer was given the opportunity to look for and purchase tires elsewhereThe customer agreed to have the tires mounted onto her vehicle before any work beganWe do not mount tires until the customer has seen the tire, agrees to the tires, and the final costWe also offered the customer a set of new tires, after discovering we didn't have tires that matched the size she needed for her vehicleThe customer refused to purchase a new set of tires due to her current budget and approaching out of town tripThe customer was made aware that there is no warranty on our used tires, only new tiresShe agreed to that and even suggested coming back in a week to purchase new tiresThe tires were mounted and payment was madeCustomer calls office to complain about tire: When the customer called, an employee asked her to bring the vehicle by so that we may look at the tires and try to resolve the issueWe did explain to her during the original visit that we didn't have used tires in the size needed for her vehicle, but that we had some very close to the sizeShe understood and still wanted the tiresThe customer had taken a long distance trip, and that could have added additional wear to the already used tiresThe reason for the tire being flat was never known to our shop because the customer failed to bring the vehicle in for the follow up visit that was requestedThe customer never returned to our shop to have the tires checked or to give us an opportunity to resolve the issueResolution: We are committed to ensuring each customer is satisfied with our products and servicesUnfortunately, we cannot issue a refund because we were never given the opportunity to resolve the issueWe appreciate you taking the time to resolve this matterSincerely, [redacted]

I went in and told them I was going on a long trip and I needed three tires replacedThey gave me three used tires and I asked if they would make it long distance and they told me that the tires would be fineWithin a week I had a flat on one of the tires they replacedThe next day I went to get an oil change and the shop would not rotate the tires because they told me all of the tires I bought from ***'s were under the state's legal limitsI then called ***'s and they told me that there was not guarantee on used tires, that they were good tires and they did not have anymore to replace the tires I boughtThe man I spoke with even told me he did not know what I was thinking buying used tires to go on a road tripI specifically told them this when I bought the tires!!! Then I went to Walmart to buy new tires and they tech there told me the tires replaced by ***'s were all the wrong size and none of them matchedBasically I think they took advantage of me because I am a woman
