To Whom it May Concern, I am writing in regards to ID# [redacted] I received a letter from Revdex.com that states a customer has complained about Chelsea Arts I have been more than accommodating to our customer I have attached all of our contact texts from our conversations in regards to satisfy her needs [redacted] has changed and rescheduled her paint nights so many times I have given her alternating dates for her to come I have been trying to work with her on many occasions and have kept class open for her when class was just for her I will attach our conversationsShe purchased one groupon voucher and she came to paint night She enjoyed herself and said she purchased more I have been trying to accommodate her in order for her to use her vouchers, however, she keeps wanting to reschedule her dates Vouchers purchased from groupon for promotional value has an expiration date Due to her rescheduling, she now wanted a refund Each gruopon ticket cost $29, how did she came up $?
