RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and while I disagree with their handling of (or lack of handling until a complaint was made) this issue, I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I, however, do not trust the product or the company and lack of customer service. If they had taken time to contact us and discuss back in Spring of 2017, they would know that I have receipts dating back to June of 2005 that I have my home inspected and treated monthly by a licensed pest control company. We had cedar exterior and thus I always had it treated and still currently do. There are no termites, nor other wood burrowing insects, never have been. The product could not hold up to a wood pecker-bottom line. I thank [redacted] Contracting for installing the piece and wish this could have been addressed in the spring 2017 avoiding a stressful conflict. Regards, [redacted]
