Review: In July of 2013, I signed a work proposal with Chelsea Chimney for chimney repair totalling $1875. He required 1/2 down and I submitted a check for $1,000 which he cashed on July 24. He advised that the work would be done in about 3 weeks. Over a month went by and I called and he advised that due to the weather that they were behind, but it should be next week. I called again in October and left a message. I called in November and left a message and advised I wanted my deposit back. It is now January and I have received no check and no work has been done. Not even a returned phone call.Desired Settlement: I want my $1,000 deposit back - I should receive interest on those funds as well - but at today's rates - it would be minimal.

Do not waste your time with Chelsea Chimney. They will not show up for scheduled appointments and they will not call to cancel. This is not a good company to perform work for anyone . I will not recommend Chelsea Chimney for anyone. Save yourself a problem and hire a reputable chimney company.
