order # XXXXX Dec 7 /18 Delivered Feb 17/19 3 pc sofa set Pd in Full when ordered.
After 3 months out 3 pc set had problems. One side was bend. Everytime is was reclined it would scrap the floor. The love seat was leaning as well. 2 of the 3 pcs were replaced after sending a representative to look at it and repair.

Then around 4 months after receiving the 2nd set of furniture we started with bigger problems than before.
Love seat - one side of seat/cushion is 4 inches lower than other side of seat. So you are sitting on an angle causing hip and shoulder pain.
Couch has sunken on each end about four inches. The middle of couch where no one sits it is 4 inches higher.
Chair is leaning to one side.
This is the second set we have suffered through.
On several occasions we have gone to the store for help. No avail. so......
Nov 12/19 send a message to head office in Toronto (Chelsea) ***@yahoo.ca With pictures No call or acknowledgement from them.
Dec 3/19 Send message to head office asking about last e-mail and stating problems again. Gave them my phone number with a request to call me. NO CALL
Went to Chelsea Furniture in Welland. They record in a red book some times
That didn't help.
Jan 30/20 Welland Store Manager said they said to her they were going to call me
Jan 30. I waited all day. No call The Welland store manager called head office at 4:00 and reminded them that they said they would call. So I emailed the next day and said if I didn't get a call I was going to Revdex.com. Mr *** called me from head office and said he was having a meeting the next day and he would call and let me know the outcome. He asked for pictures which I sent again. JAN 31/19 No Call as promised by ***
Feb 5 and6/20 Called and left message for him to call me No call
Feb 7 or 8/20 Went to Welland Chelsea to let them know what was going on. There was a man there delivering a chair and he happened to be from head office in Toronto. His name was ***. He said not to go to the store anymore that they cannot help me. He said you need to wait for a phone call. He said that I want something from them so just wait for a call. *** said he is pretty sure they are going to do a refund So its Feb 18 and still waiting for a call.
I cant help wonder because we are seniors, do they think we will give up. I need to get this furniture out of here. Please come and get it. I cant sell in the condition its in. I need it taken out of our apt

On May 1/18 , I purchased a love seat that was presented with 2 extra small cushions from Mr. *** owner of Chelsea Home Furniture. At the time of the interaction, to encourage the sale, the owner Mr. said to pick out any fabric I wanted to make the 2 cushions as I did not like the ones sitting on the loveseat. I chose fabric and sale was completed. After several phone calls regarding the delivery time for those cushions, I was repeatedly told ''we'll call you when they come in''. After 2 months I called on June 29/18 to inquire again and was told by the owner Mr. the same previous response. I questioned him further as to why it was taking so long,
he replied that he was expecting 2-3 ''garbage bags full of cushions'', and further stated that he didn't have to give me any cushions at all because he just thru them in (even though they were part of the display) when in fact, he was the one that told me to pick out any fabric I wanted to have cushions made!

I repeated that yes, I still expected to receive 2 cushions. I questioned his professionalism
and he became irate and started yelling at me. At that point I told him ''not to yell at me'', and he replied, "well let's see how long you have to wait now for those cushions"...I told him ''I have never been spoken to like that by any business and I said ''you are the most *** young man I have ever encountered . To that , he replied ''Thank you''.
On so many levels this person is *** me, his customer...and I feel shocked at the whole encounter. ***. Two of his employees were present when he agreed to the details of he sale. It remains to be seen if I get those 2 cushions or not!

I would like to receive the two cushions in the fabric I chose

purchased and received 2 loveseats and one couch on Dec 15 2016. a few months after purchase the material on the couch started peeling off. tried to contact company and was directed to an email address to contact. beginning of may I started to try to get warranty on the couch but got refused because I couldn't locate my original receipt. Months later I ended up finding my receipt and contacted the company again. this was October 20th. after weeks upon weeks of trying to get a response dec 14 they replied stating the manufacture says the couch isn't repairable. so I followed with so what are you going to do about my warranty to which I haven't had a reply since. I have talked to the store manager multiple times and sent countless emails. horrible customer service to say the least. sales rep was ***. invoice number XXXXX. if you need any more info feel free to contact me.

i would like to get a replacement couch or a full refund and return all the furniture

Ordered product Dec 2015 and had it delivered April 2016, included a 3 pc *** Living room leather sofa set. A Reclining sofa, love seat and recliner. It offered a 2 year material warranty and 5 year mechanical warranty purchased At store located by Chelsea Furniture in Simcoe Ontario at Simcoe Town Centre Mall. Invoice stated XXXXXXX Ontario Limited, this location is now closed. Reached out to other stores and was given various email accounts for Chelsea all with *** domains, never received and answer. Finally reached out to Brampton location and received head office number with same business number. Over 30 days later after several phone calls I have still not received a satisfactory response or solution to warranty repair. Had a hardware failure on recliner with broken pin, no longer usable, and love seat with irregular wear. Pictures and complaint with proof of purchase all sent to business.

Desired Outcome

I would like furniture to repaired by furniture repairman or complete new undercarriage sent out for both rocker units and I will replace myself. Both recliner and love seat are no longer functional. An employee named *** in office in North York is new and unable to reach supplier, we were told manufacturer was located in Canada. The sales associate at purchase assured us warranty was no questions asked, we have not experienced any assistance only false promises and no resolution other than we may send out parts.?
