I'm giving Chelsea Kennel Club 0 star for abusing their puppies that already went through abuse in Puppy-mill cages (similar to dog meat trade in South Korea/China).
Owner/Employees denies abuse but former customers having bad experience with this store, where they sold sick puppies to former customers, giving wrong medicine to puppies.
Former customers wouldn't believe you because you're keep telling lies and never the truth.
HSUS did not set you up. Former customers witness you abusing your puppies became undercover investigator came out.
HSUS did nothing wrong but you did.

Review: We do not believe we've received the correct paperwork for our dog. He does not have a micro chip as claimed by the paperwork, nor is he the breed on the paperwork we were given. The breeder does not exist from our research. The store did not return our calls or give us a satisfactory response when we went in.Desired Settlement: We would like the breeder information, correct paperwork and for them to pay for a micro chip. We find it incredulous that they tried to convince us that the microchip fell out...it is inserted under the skin.

I am attaching a link that shows that it is not the first time and for sure not the only time that microchip can be lost, migrate or stop working.

I spoke to the customer and also emailed him picture of the puppy that I got from the breeder.

I also told him to come back to the store and will try to track and read the microchip with our reader( since we already read that microchip at our store before.) the assumption that they got the wrong paper work or wrong dog are just not true and I have no reason to do so.

I am willing to insert another microchip if the one that is in it is not working or lost.

Review: The [redacted] misrepresented where the puppy came from. I recently purchased a puppy and realized when I got home, the breeder was actually a PUPPY MLLL in Illinois (I have the supporting paperwork showing this to be the case). The breeder is [redacted] a know puppy mill in Illinois. I returned the dog the next day and confronted the [redacted] who denied she never said the puppy did not come from a puppy mill. I asked for a refund and wanted to leave the dog with them and she threatened me. She said she would call the police if I did not sign a document releasing the dog back to them (claiming abandonment). I signed the document so the dog would be left in their custody but I am still waiting on a refund. Please be very weary of this store as they are most concerned with making the sale regardless of where the puppy comes from. I would suggest doing any business with this establishment as they are dishonest.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $761.04

This couldn't be more far from the truth, [redacted]. I'm very concerned to hear you are under the impression we get any of our puppies from puppy mills. The health and well-being of our pups matters most to us, and we would never do business with a breeder that didn't feel the same. What's most upsetting to me is that you would choose to abandon your recently purchased puppy. Deciding to get a dog is a big decision, and we would hope it's one our customers would not make lightly. Of course, if you'd like any more information on the breeders we work with, we're more than happy to provide it. Don't hesitate to reach out to us with more concerns.

They still continue to misrespresnt the fact that the puppy came from a mill. The puppy they sold to me came from a well known puppy mill in Illinois. The Breeder's name is [redacted]. I have the paper work from the store which clearly states that to be the case. I don't understand why they continue to deny this fact. I have attached a copy of the paperwork which the store gave to me which cleary shows [redacted] as the breeder which is in Illinois. If anyone would like to do an internet search, it will show this to be the case. Thank you for your help in trying to resolve this situation and expect a full refund.

I am going to respond this time will be my last one, I feel we just have to after this to agree to disagree.

The Story start as you spending a few hours at the store and from our conversation , also after a few visits.

You looked at a beautiful , sweet, healthy and fully vaccinated puppy.

The dog was over 5 month old so he was almost fully grown and very well behaved, we named him [redacted] because he was so smart.

The day after you bought him , you called the store and said you have allergies and can't keep the dog. We remind you , and you have the contract that you signed, that there is no refund for that reason, only for health you get 14 business days.

Legally the dog at this point is yours , however we did not like the idea that you are going to give him to a shelter, and you had no friends or relative that can take the dog. We offered to help you re- home the dog and take care of him till we find another family for him.

You agreed to it and signed a release and waiver form.

After a few weeks you tried to dispute it with the credit card company, however they declined and ruled in favor of the store.

You are trying now to say the breeder is a puppy mill , however the breeder get inspected and issued a USDA certification, if there is a violation , the breeder immediately correct it otherwise he will not issue the certification and we will not get puppies from him.

To try move on my offer to you is I will issue you a store credit for the amount you paid in case you want to purchase another puppy ,if you are ready for it or if you will be ready in the next year. The credit will be valid for one year.

This is will be my absolute final ofer and corresponding on this issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: as mentioned before, You are not addressing the issue that this Puppy came from a Puppy mill. The supporting documents I provided shows this and you have yet to dispute this fact. When I purchased the puppy I flat out asked you if it came from a local reputable breeder and you said, "Yes". I am only going from the paperwork, which you gave me, which shows the breeder to be [redacted] from Illinois (it is all over the internet that they are a puppy mill). My credit card company is working with you and I expect a full refund since you misrepresented where the puppy came from. Thank you so much for your attention to this matter.
