Advertise that I can get my driver's license renewed online,and all they did was take my money, doing nothing to help me attain a new driver license.
Take $3.99 to start with, then without me knowing, they took another $21.99 that I had know idea they were going to take.

Website came up when googling DMV for UT. It appeared to be on one app for Drivers lic. It asked for debit card. Provided lame info.
Was misleading and should not be coming up when doing google search for local dmv.

Advertising services in a deceitful way.
I was just trying to search on how to change my name on my driver's license & the online search brought me to Texasservice.org & brought me to their website, Timetodrive. Org & asked for my information then a payment method without clear description of what I am paying for. Thinking they would assist me in changing my name online, I placed my credit card info & learned after they already charged me $26.98! that all I get is literally only 5 pages of information on how to change my name & what are the requirements! which this information is readily available by searching in Google. And even if there was a chance I have seen the fine print first hand (which I haven't) & still opt to get the service, 5 pages of info should not in any way cost $26.98. I know I will not get a refund anymore since they would tell me about the fine prints, I think they should be stopped in putting a deceiving ad online for this useless service & getting more innocent victims into scamming our money.
I want a refund if possible or if not, they need to stop this scam or trap into getting people's money for information that is free & available to public already.

I thought I was paying to renew my Florida Driver's License, and actually paid to only receive a driver's manual. False Advertising.
On May 17th, I googled renewing "Florida Drivers License", and was taken to a site to pay for the renewal. Upon validation of my credit card, I received a downloadable version of a Road Guide, and no drivers license. This was a clear case of false advertising, and a scam for Florida Residents.
I have written twice. July 10th and today, July 12th.
No clue as to why I'm being charged
I was just charged 20 dollars and I have no idea as to why I was being charged. If that could be explained I would appreciate it.
Refund if I could get that back.

WHEN I WENT ON LINETO GET A DMV FORM REF RENEWING MY DRIVER'S LICENSE, I GUESS IT WAS A POP UP AD OF THIS COMPANY THAT SEEMED TO BE DMV'S INFO TO GET FORM OR TO RENEW THE LICENSE FOR ME. ....WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE.
I WAS THEN CHARGED FOR "SOMETHING" FOR $3.99 AND THEN AGAIN FOR "SOMETHING ELSE" FOR $19.99! I FOUND OUT LATER IT WAS NOT A DMV SITE.....BUT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM TIMETODRIVE.ORG SAYING "THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE".....WHICH ALERTED ME TO WHAT IT WAS A FRUDULATE COMPANY THAT CHARGED ME FOR NO PURCHASE OR SERVICE THAT I REQUESTED OR RECEIVED. I FOUND I HAD NO WAY TO COTACT THEM TO ASSIT WITH UN-DOING THESE 2 CHARGES. THIS IS EITHER NOT A LIGIT COPANY, OR THEIR ADS ON-LINE AND THEN CC CHARGING ARE UNFAIR, NOT REAL OR A SCAM. ALSO, THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT BY PHONE OR EMAIL GIVEN TO ADDRESS MY COMPLAINT WITH THEM AND THEN TO RECEIVE RESTORATION COMPENSATION. NEVER USE TIMETODRIVE.ORG!!!!!!
